Dear Seniors, I am a RN , I come from a different nation, i have passed NCLEX and got the licence to practice , there are no legal obligation at all in spite of all these i am unable to find a job, i had gone through the previous topics regarding this kind of situation, I know hospitals do not want to take a chance, i have nothing to prove that i will be good for the hospital, though i passed NCLEX. I see all the job vacancies asking for a minimum one year experience, how will a fresher find a job ? can any one guide please, should i volunteer in any hospital or what kind of jobs should i look for, please please some one guide me. It is so demotivating after getting out of all the struggles i am stuck at not finding a job. It really hurts being jobless in this expensive world.

I think you must provide your experience if Philippines that should do good i guess.

does florida nursing board allows you to provide licence without any experience ? I am not aware don't think otherwise. few states allow and few don't so i am asking you to know about Florida.

Dear Friends, I worked as nurse in a foreign country, now i am in US wanted to get licence in US so applied for the licence in one of the clauses i see that i need hospital experience for minimum 6 months, i have about 4 years of experience but not in US is that ok if i present it ? or should i work in US? i US experience is needed then am i allowed to practice nursing with out licence / its like a chicken or egg for me Please can some one answer me / guide me. thank you.
