thank you for your reply... but my facility won't do anything even the DON knows how she is "unprofessional" but I just don't let her push me around. I think its the best I can do till she says to herself, maybe she's not a push over.

ok.... so got my first taste of a power hungry crazed nurse trying to run me into the ground today.... she was yelling and slamming down papers absolutely irate.... saying that I picked up and order wrong.... I looked what she was so upset about today and found that I was right and she is completely wrong.... funny thing is I don't hate her.... YET! shes just a spychopath but should I let her know how wrong she was or just leave it alone?? another note this is just her personality she shreds someone everyday... I'm a new nurse by the way and she's an RN...

absolutely ridiculous... if I were a nurse there and I came across that situation I'd sue them... wth is this him Crowe all over again?? want me to only enter through the back doors too?? I'm sorry but no paycheck could make me lose my self respect

I think Ur taking some words out of context I don't think anybody is doubting the right to choice but rather posing a quest of can too much good become harm in a way?

i agree its a touchy one... but there is a lot of suffering that goes along w being bed ridden and trapped in Ur own body that families don't get... not sure how I would feel but at some point I would make myself chose quality over quantity I guess..

so my quest is what should the nurse have done? wasted the med and the repulled w noted explanation.... but how do u waste a narc during an emergency??

ok so I'm a new nurse.... passed boards nov28 I'm in upstate NY... first job was awful... I call it the Cna/nurse job... the aids who weren't even cnas passed meds like forreal med passes! and were totally faster than me... heard en talking about me being slow too lol so that paid me $14 on weekends and on weekdays they wanted me to wrk for $11 doing direct.care! laundry, the works I got the hell outta there... the my agency job super easy hours r crazy no real benefits... but $18.75 not bad.... now got 2 new jobs in Westchester one for every other wknd @ $24.10 and the 4 days a wk @19.80 good luck new grads and new nurses
