  1. I personally would not disclose any critical medical information to a future employer ... as long as you pass your physical .... to them your in good health :) take care of yourself first ..... employers see nurses as super human as if we don't have problems or disabilities ....
  2. I like the KISS rule keep it short & simply :) DAR notes are good for that .... night shift there may not be a lot happening ..... which is a good thing meaning everyone is sleeping no unusual occurrences. Chart ineffective findings only with a intervention and outcome :) otherwise keep it simple ..... sometimes less IS more :)
  3. I have 32 residents to administer meds and provide certain treatments to .... the meds part still takes me two hours sometimes longer we recently had a very extensive dressing change that took an hour ....LTC nursing is challenging there just isn't enough time somedays, and if u have a fall or death or sending someone to hospital ...... forget your breaks ....
  4. Have any Canadian RPN/LPN bridged into RN stateside :) if so please fill me in ...... hard in Canada to bridge, I just wanna know if it's worth it ..
  5. Pvt tricks works, I took my NCLEX PN shut off at 80 questions ..... went home and tried the trick and I kept getting the pop up .... two days later I found out I passed
