I was rejected this morning at 8:58 a.m. Good luck everyone...

I didn't hear anything today... Sigh.

That's what I was thinking. I'm actually registered to take A&P2 again this summer to make my grade more competitive for Pace and NYU. I'm also registered for Psych and Nutrition because if I don't get in this fall, I'm going to apply for the Spring. I might take Micro again this fall, but since they wouldn't see my grade, I'm not sure yet...

So I just got my Spring grades back and they are not so good. B in Stats, C+ in Micro and C in A&P. Totally different from last term which was A in Algebra w/ Trig, B+ in A&P and B in Chem. Do you guys think I should wait to send in my transcript or do you think the reason I haven't heard is because they are waiting for my grades? What are you guys doing? I know they accept grades that are C or above so I'm not worried about having to take the classes again, I'm just wondering if they would hold it against me. Personally, I'm thinking I should wait until I hear if I get in to send in my updated transcript but what do you guys think?

I think this whole thing is ridiculous. They should have had an earlier deadline to give them more time to decide and then sent out all the acceptances at ONE TIME. Sheesh! C'mon, this isn't rocket science!

I didn't get any email this morning. UGH!

I didn't even apply to any ADN programs because I was convinced I'd get into an accelerated BSN program. I'm still waiting to find out about my grades. I think I got Cs in Micro and A&P2 which technically is enough for NYU but only if they find out about it after they accept me! And I think I got a B in Stats. I got a B+ in A&P1, A in math and B in Chem, so a 3.5 for my first pre-req transcript, but this last term killed me. Signed up to take Nutrition, Psych and A&P2 again for the summer, just to boost my GPA for the next round of applications I do to Pace and NYU Spring if I don't get into NYU this fall. I've already given up on Concordia because 1) I was waitlisted and 2) they require Bs and above and I don't know if they would be lenient... Sigh. So aggravating this applying to school!

Who are you guys calling at NYU? I just called the Nursing School's admissions to check in about my application because I need to figure out if I need to take summer classes and the girl was basically like "We have no idea, it'll be by the end of May." So it was not very helpful and I'm just wondering if there is someone better to talk to about my application! Any ideas would be helpful. I REALLY need to know soon or I might lose some of my tuition.

I also did not get anything... Very frustrated.

I'll be applying if I don't get into the Fall 2013 one.

My husband has a theory that we're all on some kind of wait list because it seems like there are several Tuesdays and Thursdays going by where nothing is being sent out. It could be that they did a big rush of acceptances and rejections, and now there is a pause while they wait to hear back from people before they make more decisions. I have no idea if that's true, just a theory!

Since most of their pre-reqs were labs, you really can't do those online. But nutrition and psych don't require labs so they are accepted for online transfer. If I get into NYU, I have to do that as well and I don't plan on going to the school because I want a more flexible schedule during the summer.

I received my wait list letter yesterday. Hopefully some people say no to Concordia so the rest of us can go! LOL. Good luck everyone! :)

So I emailed You-Know-Who and he said the wait-list letters were slightly delayed and were mailed today. You can expect them sometime this week. Good luck to those who are waiting!
