I was there too and I echo the sentiments above. Group interviewing is actually more nerve wrecking than I imagined! Kaiser would be a great place to work but there are many other great organizations that probably exude a more positive interviewing experience that may reflect the program you want to be in.

The start date of the program is July 9, according to the job posting

Kaiser Woodland Hills is having group interviews next week and should know by the end of next week if youre accepted since the Program starts first week of July.

I wrote a paragraph, very to the point. I responded a few hours after they emailed me.

They emailed me this week too. Did write them back? You should asap. I said I preferred Med-surg.

I got an email asking for my contact info and unit preference for Kaiser Woodland Hills but no email on info session dates.

I had an interview for the rotation pool as well. My biggest advice is to be eager and confident. The interviewers were friendly and this made it less intimidating.
