Hello everyone, I took NCLEX last Tuesday through North Carolina state board. Two days later I went on BON website and everything was completed even my test results and it also said that it has been verified. What I’m not understanding is why it’s saying my license is pending and under review. Can anyone please tell me the reason behind this?

You are right, things also happen for a reason. No I can't take it in the summer I wish I can. My school have no nursing classes in the summer, only in the spring and fall semesters.

Hello everyone, my first semester of nursing school is over. I'm still feeling a little down because I had to drop pharmacology but I did pass nursing process 201. Instead of me having 4 more semesters I have 5 which means I am a semester behind my original class. Did anyone else have this happen to them? I know nursing school is not a race but it would of been nice just to go straight through w/o having to drop.

I'm a new nursing student and know yall may have seen this many of times but what is a good way to study for pharmacology? My teacher is really no help at all. All she do is tell us to read but how can I remember all of that information, I can't read 13 chapters back to back everyday. Someone please help!!

I started nursing school on 1/12/15 and it has been the most stressed week I have had in a long time. I have really have to sit down and make a "life schedule" lol that's what I call it in order to be able to study for all of my classes. This is gonna be a challenging 2 1/2 years for me but I know I can do. To all of the new nursing students share some of your thoughts about your first week of school.

This might be one of the craziest questions someone may ask, but what do you guys use to wash ya'll white scrubs and keep them white? What kind of detergent?

My friend have been married for about 4 years and on all of her documents she puts that she is single including her nursing application but now that she's about to graduate she wants to change her last name to her married name. The reason she have been doing that is because she is scared that she will loose her grants and she nor her husband can't afford to come out of pocket for tution. So my question is what can she do to change her last night without being in any kind of trouble? No negative comments please!!

Congratulations to all of you, it is exciting and nerve wrecking all at the same time but we will get through this and then we r going to be posting about the Nclex before u know it. Thanks for the advice @JBudd.

I was wondering if anyone else out there will be starting nursing school this spring. At first I was really nervous about it but now I'm excited and ready to get my career started. I am an older student (30), not too old. I would love to know how yall r feeling about starting nursing school.

That's so good to know and I see me and u r different because I'm more of a hands on person but I hope I do good in clinicals and in the classroom. I'm actually excited about starting, I think I'm over the scared part.

Lol because u know u may have one of the emotions if not all. I cried and went crazy when I was taking some of my pre - requisites.
