Hi! I am starting at Cyfair too! I think they did say to wear scrubs first day of class but I am not sure. I will be wearing them, they said we can wear any color for first semester so I got a few different pairs, but I am going to wear my black pair tomorrow. It didn't seem like they gave us a lot of info at orientation so I am kind of nervous and I don't feel very prepared! But I'm sure it will all come together just fine!

I just got a rejection email from the wait list. I am shocked they emailed me so soon. Seems like people still have time to turn down their spots. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

I got into an ADN program. I have already accepted my spot but of course I would love to get my bachelors over an associates.

Well I turned down my spot yesterday so you are now number 2!!! I got into my first choice campus, Alvin is a great program but VERY far for me to drive from Katy! My email said to let them know by the 14th. So you should be getting a call soon!!!!

I filled out my information on the certified profile website then they sent me a form I had to sign and send back via email or fax. It now says I am complete. Not sure if that helps you at all. Still waiting on my blue card :/ Considering calling BON this week.

I still haven't received my blue card I have a letter from the BON saying I am clear, but CyFair nursing said I should be receiving a blue card. Hopefully soon! I know I have time, but I want it NOW!

Hmm I don't know. I wouldn't count on anything within the next week though. Did you apply anywhere else? I applied to Lonestar and got into my first campus so I will most likely turn down acceptance to Alvin if I get in, would save me the stress and trouble of moving over the summer though it is such a great program, it really is a tough decision. Still waiting on UTMB as well.
