    I am at the end of year 1 of a ADN degree at Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana. The faculty are great. You know that they care about you as a student and future nurse. They have a pass rate on NCLEX of 100% for 3 years for both ADN and BSN's.

    I work in the float pool and asked a nurse about compensation. He said that the hospital gives the nurses in the float pool a $5000.00/yr "bonus" each. It is paid out twice a year ($2500.00 each payout).
