    Dear burn out, I have been an OR Nurse for ten years and am now on temporary disability because of major burnout!! Everything you said is SOOOO true! I am looking to get out also. Forensic Nursing, Clinical research or Nurse legal consultant but it is hard. I am ready to work anywhere, just not in the OR.
