  1. Just know I realized that I forgot some of my resident to make a progress notes and medicare notes im afraid that it would result in a big problem.
  2. Good thing you have 21 days of orientation. I only had 1 day for am then I started with my own. I went home at 7 pm. I was couple of hrs behind the time when I finished my med pass. I havent had ny lunch that day.it was really a tough day. I had gt and bs monitoring and atb med. I missed some of atb and even for the blood glucose test.
  3. Hi..I am a foreign nurse graduated year 2008. 2010 when I came here in california. 2011 i received my eligibility letter and 2012 when I took the board. January 2013 when I started to apply online to some hospital but no call back.then I decided to apply in person in ltc first week of april and I got it, I had interview and Im now on process of my pre employment drug test..so dont give up..just keep applying if you have no luck at the hospital then try the ltc as a walk in applicant.

  5. Its Staff RN in skilled facility. I got interviewed with the DON and she was asking me what to do in my 8 hr shift.Can anyone tell me your sample task you usually did as a nurse.
  6. I had an interview today in skilled facilty. The DON asked me a lot.She was asking me to give every details of daily schedule of a rn staring the 7 am to 3 pm shift.i am new here in cali. International graduate and dont have experience can anyone PLS HELP evry detail of nurse schedule starting their day shift..the DON will get back to me tomorrow pls help..
  7. does anyone of you passed your rle book..i recently passed my nclex.. i waited for a year before i got my eligibilty letter..i got here in california year 2010 and applied to brn to take the nclex but then they asked me my clinical cases or rle book.so i did submit my rle book..and they considered it..july 2011 when i got my eligibility letter..july 2012 when i took the exam..to all kababayan theres no reason to give up..
  8. june 2010 when i filed my application and before my application xpires i did passed the last requirement they were asking my log book with cases and ci signature..i just recently took my board here in CAlifornia..
  9. may be i was so blessed coz i got a chance to sit for nclex and took it once...i heard about the concurrency issue and some took their nclex in new mexico and some tried to challenge the lvn..

  11. hi to all my kababayan i graduated last 2008 and came here year 2010 it took 1 yr before i got my eligibility letter that was july 2011 but didnt take the exam coz i was pregnant that time..recenty july 2 i took nclex and passed it for the first try..computer stops at 135 qs....actually i was not prepared to take it coz my baby is exclusively breastfeed and she doesnt wanna go with anyone except me so it was really hrad for me to study.. to those who will take the nclex ..study the content and take ur time answering evry question read it twice and choose the safe answer.. and dont forget to pray..that really helps..
