Hey, I took the Kaplan test for my nursing school and the science portion on mine was all A&P stuff. Luckily I had taken both semesters of A&P so it really helped. I still ended up getting like a 75% on the section overall because the questions were all so specific and it had been a semester since I had it. Hope that helps!!

Took me three years with prereqs to get in. Applied to a BSN twice and was rejected both times and then applied to an ADN the third time and got in!! took awhile but was way worth it!!

agreed. I hear from people that the love the hands on experience that they get from TMCC and WNC. From what I hear UNR is a lot more theory than clinical practice. I really hope we both get in at WNC and see for ourselves!! Acceptance letters are going to be by email correct?

Hey Samantha1751, I was kind of interested in applying to the TMCC program the next time around. Do you know if you have to have NURS 130 completed before applying or can you be currently enrolled in the class to be able to apply? Thanks

Hey vpuentes, have you applied anywhere else or just WNC? I am kinda curious about the TMCC admission process. I wasn't able to apply to TMCC this time because I haven't taken NURS 130. I've applied to UNR twice and was put on the wait list both times.

thanks for sharing doozer! It does sound quite challenging but I'm positive it will all be worth it! Right now the hardest part for me is just getting into the dang program.

No I haven't heard of anyone getting all 4 points. The writing was the hardest portion for me also. The other sections went pretty well. Did you apply to anywhere else, or just WNC?

Dang really? That stresses me out. I heard last year people with 17,18 and 19 s got in. Hopefully the Kaplan test did what it was suppose to.
