  1. Sober, I sent you an email at the address you provided. Unfortunately the other info seems to have disappeared.
  2. Sober...I have to figure out the PM part but I'll be in touch. Keep your chin up, it gets better and you are most certainly not alone!
  3. Sober...I have been a long time lurker here but have never responded to a post...until now. Your post really struck a nerve with me. I could have written it myself a year and a half ago. I have been where you are (actually still am) and I am all too familiar with the feelings of loneliness, isolation and rejection that comes with TPAPN participation. I would be more than happy to offer information and support. I am in the Austin area. PM me if you want

Does anyone know of TPAPN friendly, or at least remotely receptive employers in the Austin area??? I have been in TPAPN for about a year and I am still looking for a job. The case manager / advocate do not respond to calls or e-mails and there is no nurse support group for TPAPN participants to network or vent with. I have tried dialysis, LTC, offices, psych hospitals and major hospitals in the area (who promote themselves as being TPAPN friendly but are NOT) without luck. I'm losing faith. Has anyone else noticed how ironic the TPAPN name is? Where are the "peers"? How does one go about finding others in this situation to talk to? Any help would be appreciated. I have 20 years exp in ER and Critical Care. Thanks.
