Outside of my BSN program I don't have to do anything to be a CNA?

So I'm stuck until I graduate?

So basically I'm wondering, while I'm spending four years at Uni, can I start working as an LPN or something part way through for my BSN, or am I literally helpless and stuck at McDonalds type jobs until I graduate?

So people aren't rude to male nurses or anything? I was told that I'd probably be messed with a lot by rude people for being a male nurse. (Not that I care, I just want to know what I'm getting into cause I'm the kind of guy who likes planning.)

Thanks. I know I utterly aced Biology with a consistent 97% + my freshman year. But chyeah... I passed Chemistry with a D or C. (Darn rebelious I do no work for no body sophomoric phase :/) Thanks. I called and I'm setting up a meeting. *crosses fingers* It's pretty cool cause I guess UW-Parkside's nursing program is Milwaukees, just on the Parkside campus... and at the Parkside tuition rate lol.

What's being a male nurse like? Is there lots of disrespect?

What steps should I take? If it helps I think I'm choosing UW Parkside as my college. In the UW System I planned on Madison or Milwaukee, but that would leave me with 30k+ loans on graduation, while I wouldn't need loans for Parkside, so I've begun to think thats the smart choice for my BSN.
