You should email the nursing dept. my friend has a 4.0 and a 85.5 hesi score and she did not get accepted or wait listed while another person with the same hesi score but lower gpa got accepted. So she emailed them and they replied saying a mistake was made and she is now accepted into the program. Mistakes do happen, so if you are wondering why you weren't accepted over someone with a lower hesi score, you should really ask the nursing dept questions.

My friend told me that one of his classmate was an alternate and got accepted one week before class started. Her gpa was a 3.25!!!

My boyfriend got in for this fall with a 3.75 gpa and 88% hesi.

My boyfriend who is currently in tccd's nursing program (jr1) had a 88% overall hesi score and a 3.75 science gpa.

Hello everyone! I am applying for TCC spring 2013 with a 3.75 science GPA and 90% on my HESI. I was accepted into UTA's AP BSN Program for fall 2012 but I didn't take the offer. The clinical site was in San Antonio and with my circumstances, I couldn't move there. My boyfriend is currently in TCC's nursing program (J1) and he really loves it! Anyway, good luck to everyone!

For the online orientation, you should have received an e-mail to your mymav email address. A link, your username, and password will be included in that email for the online orientation. You must complete the online orientation by August 2nd. In-person orientation is on 8/17.

Is there anyone else on here going to HCA Methodist in San Antonio? It would be nice to have a roomie and split living expenses with.

Hello everyone. I applied for UTA's traditional and accelerated program for fall 2012 but I was denied and did not get wait-listed in either programs. I received a call today and was offered a spot for the online program in San Antonio. I was told that clinicals for this fall are on Saturdays and Sundays and exams are on Thursdays. I have a toddler and her father got accepted into the adn program at TCC for the fall. I don't know if I should commute, move to San Antonio, or just pass on the offer. Decisions, decisions!..
