DVT/anemia/Lupus/Diabetes/Gastric Ulcer/HTN He just got surgery done to remove his blood clots on his lower extremity. Here is my nursing diagnosis according most important-least 1. Risk for infection.. r/t surgical incision/-diabete/anticoagulant durgs.... 2. impaired skin integrity 3. Depression.. Do I have orders right? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks a lot!!

I got my "alternative List" letter a week ago. Thus, I'm still waiting "The" letter. I've been insane checking the mail boxes or afraid of missing any call. As long as one person drops, I should be good to go..I decided to take some courses in summer so I can kill some time. Maybe time will pass faster that way.

I took on-line basic Spanish course last semester. I got A, but guess what? I hardly could speak it. I really think if you have opportunities to speak to hispanics, grasp them as much as you can. Practice makes perfect! Now I might have to review what I've learnd and start watching hispanic channels.

Hello there, Does anyone there know any private education loan provider would give loan to some one who doesn't have any income proof? I haven't worked but my husband recentely got unemployed. I can't really use him as a co-signer since he has BK history.. I already have had a BA degree so I 'm not qualified for any federal financial aid.. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I applied for Fall semester in the school I'm attending now. It looks like I should get in without any problem. Unfortunately, we are moving to a different state. Now I have no idea if I will get accept to the schools there. I'm gonna apply for two schools. It is frustrating though..

thanks all. The traffic in Houston is really a nightmare with all the construction going on. There is ALWAYS traffic.... We found a nice house in Pearland where it is booming. I think I would rather working in Pearland if I have a chance. The traffic in Houston is totally intolearable.

we checked the housing price in pearland. it's quite expensive and not within our budget. since we are a first home buyer, we have a limited budget. we are looking at houses ranged from 90-120 k with 3-4 bedrooms. any suggestions for "nice , low crime rate areas" with houses around that price range? thanks!

My family is moving down to Texas, however we haven't decided which city we are moving to. We are looking at Houson, Dallas, and San Antonio. Any input is appreciated. We dropped Austin as the living cost might be way too high. or any of these cities is better for nursing careers? Would like to hear your suggestions. Thanks.
