Is it crazy to want to quit my job after 2 days???
Hey. Firstly you should thank god that u got a full time post right after graduation. Here in Quebec it takes years before getting FT days. The ppl who hired you are not dumb they know what they are doing if they think for what you will be doing doesn't need much training then lucky you. Second don't hesitate to ask questions as much as possible and in a week you will be a pro you will know things from the top of ur head. Good luck

Night shift, with kids?
I Have never worked nights and I just had my first child. I'm worried how I'll manage to work at a hospital with crazy shifts and a baby. But to answer your question a lot of the nurses I worked with all preferred night shifts over any other with kids cuz they told me that at night the kids were sleeping so daddy had nothing to do it was easier on him or anyone staying with the kids. It also gives mom reassurance that the kids are tucked into bed. I hope that helped

Atabasca Uni LPN to BsN
Hi, Thanks Fiona for your answer. Yes I know that we need these two things but my question is if I need to have chemistry and physical science 436 done prior to getting in. Because the nursing courses in college requires us to have physical science 436 n chemistry n physics done if you know what I mean. I don't want to get my hopes to high and in the end I need all these.

Atabasca Uni LPN to BsN
Hi I am an Lpn from quebec willing to go into the bridge program in atabasca Uni. So I was wondering if you need physical science 436 and chemistry prior to getting admission into the course. I called them 5 times they haven't replied. Has anyone done that? If so let me know what we're the prerequisite to get in other than 1700 hours of work. I don't have my physical science 436 done. Also did you have to convert your license for the Alberta one? Please reply ASAP thanks a million
