Hi, I just got accepted into NYU nursing, I have a question about the physical exam. Does NYU require a physical exam such as blood test to test hepatitis b before start the clinical? what would happen to a student if she is a hepatitis b carrier?

Hi! I just got into NYU nursing program, however.. I am in a weird situation right now.. Did the program require a physical exam before you start your clinical rotation? such as blood test or something? I am a hepatitis b carrier, the immunization form requires 3 shots, but i am a carrier.. i am not sure if I am still qualified for this program.. I appreciate any feedback from you! Thanks!!
