So for Christmas this year, the nurses are putting together gift baskets for the ER docs! We really have a good set of docs, so it is well deserved! So I was thinking of playing on the theme with Snowman soup/poop, where you give the hot chocolate, candy cane, marshmallows. It usually comes with a little nifty rhyme, but it would be so awesome to be able to make it ER specific, with all that we deal with, frequent fliers, narcs, well you all know. So i need a little rhyming help!!:redbeathe The originals are as follow: Snowman Soup: Was told you've been real good this year. Always glad to hear it! With freezing weather drawing near, You'll need to warm the spirit. Complete with stirring stick. Add hot water, sip it slow. It's sure to do the trick! Snowman Poop: I hear you've been naughty, So listen, here's the scoop... I'm running short on coal this year, So you get "Snowman Poop". Thanks!:)

As a recent employee of Washoe/Renown I am not that surprised by the comment from Mr. Miller. The ratios are terrible (at least Med/Surg where I worked). It was hard to find RN's or CNA's that were truly enjoying working there. At the same time they are going for Magnet??? Are you kidding me? Tulip1, I am very interested to see if those comments actually were true. Keep us posted! Thanks
