  1. Actually now I think about it that question can't be right. Because t3 means 3 of the pregnancies went to term, p3 means 3 of the preg were preterm, and she had 1 abortion out her pregnancies. With tht being said she was pregnant 7 times not 5.
  2. Ok, so 3T + 3P + 1A=7 children total. But there are only 5L. There is the 1 Abortion, meaning 1 child was miscarried or electively aborted BEFORE 20weeks. This is where it gets tricky because there are 2 children and 1 is unaccounted for right now. preterm means births before 37 weeks BUT ALSO includes "stillborns/stillbirths" that term medically means losing the baby during labor after 20 weeks or "miscarrying" after 20 weeks. So this mom Had 1 elective abortion or miscarried before 20 weeks. And since 2 children died the other one died during labor or she "miscarried" after 20 weeks (patients still have to deliver the fetus or have it removed...both of which dilation &/or contractions occur...so that is classified as a preterm birth.) **OR a child preterm or full term was born alive and died later. And as far as which died when you won't know that by lookin at the chart. She could have been preg with twins twice and 3 singles OR triplets and 4 singles OR is currently pregnant with previous set of triplets, set of twins, and 2 singles
