I've been reading through old threads about Lucile Packard's New Grad RN Nurse Residency program but couldn't find any info or threads about 2015. The application period just closed, who else applied? What unit are you interested in working? Any past...

So it sounds like Acute Peds, PICN and OR have all extended their offers? Has anyone else gotten a rejection e-mail?

Has anyone interviewed with NICU or Acute Peds yet?

Does anyone know how many people moved onto 2nd round or how many positions are open per unit?

From what I remember, I only chose one unit so I picked Acute Peds... I know reading some of the previous years LPCH posts that I saw that people had to rank what units they were interested in? But I don't remember doing that for my app...

Does anyone know how many people got called back for panel interviews?

Tokidoki123, just emailed the San Mateo counselor. The waitlist moved 2 more spots... So I'm currently at #2... Hopefully, there will be some movement, it's soooo stressful! Best of luck!

I haven't heard anything today... Still waiting... I did not and have not received any emails from SMU other than the one you automatically get when you submit application electronically... should I be worried that I didn't get that email sent out on...

@missbeee those 4 pre-req classes can be intense and are crucial to get into the program....just make sure you dont spread yourself so thin and overwhelm yourself if you take them all together... I took pharm and patho together and it was tough but ...

Has anyone else heard anything today? If declines are already going out, that does not give me much hope...im curious about the number of students they accepted this semester....
