  1. LPN Starting Salary

    Hello everyone , i just wanted to say it depends more of your geographical location, because i am a medical assistant at kaiser and a lvn student . As a medical assistant in california i make 24 dollars and i have worked here for 12 years once i graduate and transfer to a lvn position my pay will increase between 6-10 dollars more. I am not sure what the starting pay for a lvn but the ma's start at about 18.00 per hour in the clinical setting. Kaiser do not use many lvns in the hospital anymore mostly clinical and speciality clinics.
