I still haven't heard anything from my recruiter. Im gonna be sad if I don't get selected. Both my interviewers said they would recommend me but I guess it all depends on what the board is looking for.

Sorry to hear you guys weren't selected. Pike, hopefully you get some good news from the Navy. ETamakil, keep your head up and maybe try again next year. I still haven't heard anything from my recruiter.

I also applied for the November boards. Hopefully we hear something soon. I am in Texas and applied for a critical care slot.

I applied for a fully qualified critical care slot. My recruiter contacted me on Tuesday and said they are still waiting for board results. Hopefully we find out soon!

My package also went up for the Nov board. My recruiter checked in with me today and said the board is still ongoing. My guess is we won't hear back before Thanksgiving.

I've done my physical and now waiting for my bosses to get my letters of recommendation to me. Then I just have to do the CNO interview and that should be it! I haven't decided on a base yet, but would love to be on the west coast. I am applying for a critical care slot since I currently work in ICU and love it. I am not sure how many critical slots are open, but hopefully it's a decent number.

Hey everyone. I'm applying for a critical care slot for FY 2018 and was wondering if there is anyone else going through the application process?

I am currently in the traditional BSN program in Abilene. Our first semester schedule was M 1-5, T 8-3:30, W either 1-5 or 8-12, Th 1-5 or 8-12, and Friday 1-5 or 8-12. Those were just regular class days...clinicals were 6-4 or 5. Hope that helps.

I got my official offer this morning!! I didn't expect it to come on a Saturday. If you haven't received yours yet, check today. I am so excited to buy scrubs too!

littlemissredraider btw, has anyone read the nursing manual? i read most of it the other day and wondered if everyone was life support, cpr, etc. trained? it said something about that in the manual as a requirement before starting classes. do you think they'll go over this in orientation or that i should knock it out now? i've taken a college first aid class with a section on cpr, its really easy, i just never got certified.i also noticed that when i read the manual. i thought we would get more info when we got our formal offers. i took an emt-b class a few years ago and had my cpr card, but never got it renewed.

That is awesome that you guys got your official offers! I am hoping that means the rest of us will be getting ours soon!

my merlin still shows no status and i haven't received my formal offer yet. i know it's coming soon, but i can't help but worry. i don't think i have ever checked my email so much in my life. lol
