Timeline for endorsing RN license to CA
When you're logged in, I think you click on update profile and then at the bottom add licenses and follow the steps. If your check has been cashed then you should have a pending application in the system that you can link with your breeze. You may also get an email, but for me the email came a few days after mine had already actually popped up on breeze.

I am pretty sure a temporary license is contingent on the fingerprint/background check clearing and NURSYS verification is done. You must turn in the copy of the livescan or fingerprint card with your application for endorsement with a temporary license so you can't do one without the other. Others on this forum have said they've just used the fingerprint cards at their local fingerprinting place. I think the "hard card" is standard. Any numbers/info that needs to be filled in should be on the livescan form on the website. Did you call to request the form or submit a request online? I would follow up with a call. If you start calling at 7:55 AM pacific time over and over you can usually get someone. Are you going to try with a travel nurse agency? Since you have experience that may be the best way to go at least at first. Just a heads up I'm having a hard time getting interviews with my "temporary license." One place I have an interview with on Monday called me today and asked me what it meant that my license was temporary. I don't think they really encounter them that much here so it takes some extra explaining on your cover letters. One person thought it meant the same as the interim permit that is given to new grads who haven't yet passed NCLEX. :/

You can't see the status on the Breeze website until you have turned in the application and they have cashed your check.

I honestly can't remember but I do think there was something like that left blank on my live scan form. The place where you are doing your fingerprint card should know if that's something that can be left blank or not. Also, just a word of advice, since I see you have been on the BON slow boat for a while... If you want your app processed faster (especially if you are requesting a temp license) and you can't afford to hand walk it in to Sacramento, then pay to have it overnighted to the street address. I would not send it regular mail to the PO BOX. I sent one to the PO Box and even though it was certified as delivered, they never got it. I waited 5 weeks and finally drove in and turned in a new app. They cashed that check and issued my temp license within a week. Not sure whatever happened to the other app.

I think it could be that way for weeks on end. Did you get a temporary license? My temp only took a week to get issued after my check was cashed (as they had already had my livescan results in hand). However there has been no change to the Breeze status of my perm license since it was entered into the system on 2/1/16.

To SEAS, MSN: I would think the form would go to whatever school contained the majority of your requirements towards earning a basic RN. To be on the safe side, you could do the form for all 3, especially since CA has extra requirements that some other states don't have, such as OB or peds. Just remember too if you took any pre-reqs at another college (like English or oral communication) that are not listed on your ADN, BSN or MSN transcripts, you need to have those transcripts sent in as well. However those ones would not need that special form attached.

Have you tried calling them? Mine was delivered Dec 28 and my check has not been cashed. I was told today it takes 4-6 weeks to cash the check (even though I've never seen anyone else on here take that long for just the check to be cashed!!) and to call back at 6 weeks. I'm debating cancelling my check and just driving up there tomorrow and hand turning in a new application. You're past six weeks now, seems like time for them to do something for you.

Does anyone know if they post the alternate list when they post the admitted list? Im wondering how long they give people to accept before they move on to alternates?

CSUSB Fall 2012 Hopefuls
Have you filled out your 2012-13 FAFSA and sent the results to CSUSB? When I got into the college last fall as a pre-nursing major I wasn't required to send in a deposit. I was thinking it was because they knew I was going to be getting loans which would cover the tuition (I do not qualify for grants at all) so they knew I was good for the money? Might be worth a shot.... ALSO... How many people got emails about the incomplete application? Was it from the college or the nursing department? I haven't got any... But when I went in the office last week to verify something, they had all my stuff and I have the yellow receipt.

CSUSB Fall 2012 Hopefuls
Thank you! I only applied to CSUSB. I applied to Cal State Fullerton but couldn't even get in the college, so that's out. My plan is that if I don't get into CSUSB in Fall or Winter, I will just finish my B.S. as a Health Science major... then I would apply to some of the entry level M.S.N.'s or second bachelor's programs (like Concordia) and go that route. Your stats are really good too! Great job on the TEAS. I thought it was pretty hard.

CSUSB Fall 2012 Hopefuls
Hi Everyone, Glad I found this post. I applied for Fall 2012 also. Here are my stats: Prereq GPA 4.0 (although that could change as I think I'm about to get a B in algebra because CSUSB didn't accept my algebra from my last college) TEAS V 84.7% I am a resident of S.B. county Two letters of Rec I attended an info session. Not bilingual. Healthcare experience: 9 years as a paramedic (besides checking the box, I don't know how they would know this, except that one of my letters is from a former boss while I was a paramedic) Good luck to everyone!! I'm anxious. I've talked to some people at school with similar stats who DID get into Fall, but then I've talked to another person who couldn't get in until Winter with those kind of stats.
