West coast university BSN vs Cypress College ADN
@ TheCommuter: Do you think the ADN with the great reputation will have better opportunities than the BSN with not so good reputation. It's such a hard choice to make I have been told by many BSN is always better because you'll be more marketable Such a hard choice. My heart is set on Cypress but BSN sounds so enticing.

Do schools give male students an advantage?
There is a program at my school (Cypress College) called TRAC that offers to pay for textbooks as an incentive to males in the pre-nursing/nursing program :)

West coast university BSN vs Cypress College ADN
I am veteran student and cost fortunately is not an issue. Where would you go??I was accepted into the Cypress College ADN and start Jan 13. I recently discovered West Coast university BSN accelerated program. Cypress is established with great reputation and good nclex passing rates. West Coast is new and heard many bad reviews but they are WASC and CCNE accredited. Any suggestions :)

National University(BSN) Vs. Cypress College (ASN)
It is 4 semesters for cypress and roughly 22 months straight for National University. I'm just scared that hospitals will look down at me for having a BSN from National University.

National University(BSN) Vs. Cypress College (ASN)
I am a fortunate one to have priority acceptance two both of these programs. My issue is should i go for the BSN at a second rate school or go for the ASN at one of the best ASN schools in the area. My ultimate goal is to have BSN. I am veteran and fortunately the programs are free of cost. I want to go for the ASN and then switch over to a BSN because i feel the school is more reputable. Whats your opinion???
