Does anyone know if the SICU and ED are still making decisions/interviewing or have made offers?

Are they still making calls or are they done ? OR and NICU

Looks like there are 2 threads going on for this round of apps, just fyi... Does anyone know what units have conducted interviews and/or made offers?

Hello everyone! Does anyone if the wait-list has continued to move pass #35? I tried calling on friday but (4/20/12) but couldn't get through Also, does anyone know if there are any outstanding schools that have not yet sent out correspondence to their applicants? Thanks guys!

Hey guys!!! Educate me if I'm wrong but I don't quite understand the wait-list process... The latest info states that UCLA has accepted the FIRST 25 students from the wait-list, so my question is: "FIRST"? to me that implies that the students wait-listed from # 1-25 did not decline their wait-list position??? I find that statistically challenging... Can I make such assumption? I expected for a few students that were wait-listed to decline their position which in turn would other students standing behind up??? Can someone please educate me on this process??? THANKS!!!!!! :)

I am in the 30's but I didnt apply anywhere else so i put all my eggs in one basket. I fell confident enough to do so... I just want to get through my career and start working, living in LA it's very expensive... All my roommates have obtained their Master's degree (different fields) and they lead a very comfortable life.... Which puts a lot of pressure on me... Plus currently, I am an intern in Infection Control and Prevention at a hospital, which I absolutely LOVE. I work with 2 nurses that have an MSN and I love their job and the the hospital setting... I get to interact with patients, read charts, and do rounds... All this and my prior volunteer/intern experience have solidified my desire to get an MSN... I just gave you a quick intro... I really like this blog and how most of us are very supportive, it gives me a good sense of the program and the students... I hope we all make it...
