  1. Hello infusion mavens! I am looking for advice/ suggestions as to a hospital, large or small, anywhere in CA that would be willing to train me as a PICC nurse. I have the class already, so that is all good. My own hospital system is being difficult in letting myself or the three other nurses who took the class with me train with the PICC team to get signed off to place PICC's in the the ED(where we all work) . We don't want to go full-PICC, so to speak, but be available after hours(4 pm is the latest the PICC team works), and when there is a need. Any suggestions are most welcome! Thanks,
  2. Wow, TX pay still lagging behind. Moved from there to CA, where the pay is about 3x as much....and ratios to boot! Hoping the rest of the county comes to terms with paying their nurses what they are worth, and hoping Obamacare has forward thinking as well.
  3. Anyone working in Colorado Springs area as a house per diem sup?
