hi guys! i'm quite having problem with regard to the history of my vaccination. i don't have a record book and my mom doesn't remember where she did my vaccination. would it be okay to receive again shotts of MMR and varicella (in case i had them before)? if yes, i need 2 doses of MMR vaccine at least one month apart and 2 doses of varicella vaccine also one month apart. but i only have until mid september to submit it to my agent. i'm thinking of having a serology test but when i inquired in a tertiary hospital here in our province, it would cost me around 13k plus, the result will be released 1 to 2 weeks because it will processed in manila. do you know a hospital/center in manila that provides cheaper serology test? i also need to have one adult dose of diptheria/tetorifice/pertussis vaccine (dTpa). is this available in the city health office?.. thanks a lot!:)

my application was confirmed first week of February..after a month, i received a message indicating that my application has been escalated for final approval..last month, i was requested to submit additional documents..last week, they informed me that my application is for consideration by the registration committee..i'm just hoping that they release the final outcome soon..uhm, i think we're not allowed to post names..i also hope you get your LOA soon..=)

I've been waiting for 4months now..but still hoping to receive my LOA soon..thanks a lot!=)

hi mixter23..i submitted my application to AHPRA WA..i just got an email today from my case officer that the minutes of the Board meeting has not been released yet..so i need to wait for the outcome..do you have an idea how long will i wait?..or have you been through this?..thanks..=)

anyone who has received something like this? your application has been assessed and has been referred to the registration committee for consideration on friday 8/6/2012. we will advise accordingly following the meeting. how long will it take them to inform me the final outcome of my application? thank you.

hi shiey! i'm not really sure about that..i have 1 year and 6 months hospital gap prior to my application..i also have only 1.2 years of experience..i guess the important thing is that you must have atleast 1 year of hospital experience..i also do not know about the process so i decided to join philman..my application was confirmed by aphra wa 1st week of feb..until now, i'm waiting for my LOA..but i think they are now passing the applications to aphra vic..i guess it would be best to ask them to clear up things..God bless!=)

anyone here who applied thru philman?..my application was sent to aphra-wa last feb..until now, i'm waiting for the letter of approval..is it possible that they transfer it to aphra-vic for faster assessment/evaluation?..thank you..God bless..=)

hi! aphra-wa has requested me to submit a reference letter and an updated cv.. i have worked as a staff nurse in a tertiary hospital for 1 year and right now, i am employed as a company nurse. from whom should i request my reference letter?..from my previous nurse supervisor or my current HR supervisor?..(coz i do not have a senior nurse in the company).. also, who should sign on my cv?..my former nurse supervisor or my current HR supervisor?.. i'm sooo confused right now..i've been texting my consultancy but they were not replying..thank you..God bless!

@aila61 hi! sorry for the late reply..we received the same email from aphra..right now, i have requested my former nurse unit manager and my current hr supervisor(coz i'm working as a company nurse right now) for a reference letter..i submitted my application in aphra-wa..it was confirmed last february 03, 2012..and they sent me that email after 3months..i hope we could submit it earlier..God bless..=)
