am i the only one?
I think its OK to feel unsure. If you felt cocky and over confident as a new nurse, i would be concerned more. If it does get to the point where you don't feel like you should be on your own, i would think you could ask your manager to give you some more shadowing, or preceptor hours. No one wants you to feel alone and scared to death. Ask for help.

Soo frustrated..
It took me 150 online applications before i figured this out, but what i down load to the resume section, is a specialized coverletter, resume, letters of recommendation, my references, and you can add your transcript if it is really good. Just try to stand out!!!

new grad program interview
So, i have the biggest job interview coming up. This is at the hosptial i have dreamed of working at, on a dream unit. This program is very competative, so i feel priveleged to have made it to this stage. So i was thinking of making a packet to hand to everyone on the panel. To include a cover letter specified for that unit, my GPA, a little about why i think i would be a great fit for their unit, letters of recommendation, references, and anything else i can come up with. So my question is, do you think this is overkill? or do you think it will help me stand out? or will i be annoying and they will be glad not to hire me? Or should i just show up without anything extra like i first planned on? I know i am being neurotic, but i am so excited because i know i am the right person for this job. This is moved from another thread.
