Batch 36 is the fast track batch from 35. What you're waiting for is batch 37. Here's how it is... They call people to join the orientation thingy for a batch. For example, Batch 33. On the day of orientation, they're going to call out a few exceptional people (in their judgment) and transfer those people to Batch 34 (the fast track batch). The regular run people (batch 33, for example) are going to have their training for 2 months. The fast track people will have their training for only 20 working days with intense modules and then they get deployed immediately to work. The fast track program is fairly new. The first fast track batch is batch 32 (their regular run partner is batch 31), the second fast track batch is batch 34 (regular run partner: 33), third fast track batch is 36 (regular run partner: 35).

Hi, yeng! ^_^ I'm a UST graduate and I've seen a lot of trainees on each floor. The staff nurses are awesome, seriously. I've never encountered anyone rude in my 4 years. Have fun! ^_^

Guys, just to be sure go ahead and renew it. Make sure that you're going to get your update at an ANSAP accredited institution to avoid wasting your money and time.

Hi heddy! :) I'm a recent graduate of the University of Santo Tomas. I don't know much about Trinity (I don't know anyone who graduated there), but I can vouch for my university. We constantly get the top spot for the best performing school and the qualification process is rigorous. We also have around 500 board takers every year and get 99-100% passing. Almost everyone gets 81% and up board rating too. I personally got 84.4 which included me in the top 20 performers (and to be honest, I'm not one of the exemplary students in the college hihi) and that's someone who placed the 396th person out of 488 in the class/batch ranking. XD I don't really know how I could describe my university more. CHED credited us as centers of excellence. Our professors (specially the "legends" as we call them) are so good you can hardly notice the 3 hours lecture go by. They're so good, universities around the Philippines book them to teach for just a day to help their students out! You will also have professors and Clinical Instructors who are so famous in our field, it might get a little overwhelming. I remember when I attended a review session outside our own (our college holds our own board exam review), the students from other universities started to queue just to get their books signed by our professor! It was so surprising considering how much we took those professors for granted (To us, they're the excellent people you NORMALLY deal with in the college) If you're worried if you could get your subjects credited, yes you will. No doubt. Some of my batch mates have US citizenship and they took NCLEX instead of the local boards. They aced it too. :) They're now working in the US. My cousin who's 2 years ahead of me went straight to the US right after she graduated (she almost didn't march!), her subjects were credited. No problem at all. Truth is whenever an employer sees your academic background (Graduating from UST), everything gets easier from then on. We already have established a name in this field internationally. My heart is swelling with school pride right now. I won't push you like this if it isn't worth it. It's going to be a tough 4 years of your college life but trust me it's worth it. I myself was born and raised abroad. Trust me, there's a lot of people like me in our college! Students flying all over the world just to study in UST-College of Nursing. :) The college is also tied up with different colleges across the world. I've heard that lately they took a group of Koreans under their wing from South Korea for a month or so and in exchange, the Korean university offered our batch a scholarship for a post-graduate course in Korea. :) The college also recently dispatched a group of students to Hong Kong for OJT.
