Congrats! I've been doing some research and it looks like it's impossible to find rent for under $1K/month, even if it's studio. A lot of people are looking for roomates for shared housing, some are pretty cheap. I've found a couple 1 BR places for about $1300, but that's the cheapest I've found

Hey everyone! I just received my acceptance letter yesterday for the Fall 2012 semester at Marymount and I'm SO excited to get started! Does anyone know when orientation is? I can't wait to register for classes and get the ball rolling! Also, I might be moving to the area (I currently live in Baltimore, MD) and wanted to see if any Virgina locals knew where the best place to live is. Obviously the cheaper the rent the better!
