  1. Before answering a question, make sure that you have a good rationale, and there's always 2 answers that are off the wall, and 2 that's really close to each other.... that will give you 50 percent chance of getting the right one... then do the rationale.... practice test questions more, and read all the rationale, including the wrong answers.
  2. I used the 6th edition, and doesn't really have a lot of new things (my teacher has the 5th edition and we compared), I studied it and used the practice questions (minimum of 100 everyday) and it helped me to pass my board (I just found out trough quick results). Highly recommended!!!
  3. Thank you as_nurse for your words of wisdom, I was obsessing with my scores too in Question trainers. And now I've fallen to studying 3 guides with Kaplan, Saunders, and NCSBN, now I just need to narrow it down with the one that helps me to understand it better... Thanks again for your advise!
