Please share your KAPLAN score!!
Hello everyone, I am starting to use KAPLAN NCLEX-RN review on demand. Here is my score; diagnostic test...57% QT1...55% QT2...63% I am very scared because of my score... One said to me, " You should get over 70-80%." However each question was very difficult for me and there were many words which I did not know or unfamiliar. I do not have enough time, and I can not wait to take NCLEX till I get such high score... I do not when I will be ready to take and pass NCLEX... Need some advice and someone's experience... Thank you

Please Help How to study to pass!!
Hello everyone, I am going to tell you my story of NCLEX. After you read this, please analyze and give me some advice!! I began to study for NCLEX......... 9/2011 I took NCLEX............................ 9/2012 failed 1/2013 failed 3/2013 failed The performance report I received after the last exam was....... I answered 144 items (used 6 hrs) Above the passing standard; safety and infection control Near the passing standard; others Below the passing standard; 0 my current practice materials; KAPLAN correct answer around 50% NCSBN correct answer 90% It has taken almost 3 years since I started to study. However I had had some problems ( housing, roommates, VISA, surgery, rehab etc) and couldn't keep to be strong and couldn't concentrate on study. I was depressed.... Anyway finally I recovered my condition and restarted studying again this summer. I don't have enough time to stay in the US. So I'm really want to pass within this fall. Please give me some advices or encouragement!! Thank you,

HELP!!! Which is the first? stop oxytocin? change position?
Thank you so much, CEPJ!! [sTOP] is very easy to memorize;) Well.... Saunders, ExamCram, and KAPLAN say 'Stop oxitocin' is the first step. First I thought NCSBN learning extension is most reliable because of NCSBN... which is closest to NCLEX. Also I wander How the students are taught from the teachers in nursing school in the US. Because many people have been confused about this question.

HELP!!! Which is the first? stop oxytocin? change position?
Thank you so much, jaconcha!! I didn't know VEAL/CHOP/MINE... And then you were also one of nursing students who understood that stop pitocin is the first action when FHR late decelerations.

Already only generic name of all drugs?
I heard NCLEX announced they will give us only generic name of drugs on the exam. However some people say they had still brand name on the exam few months ago. I will take NCLEX next month. Will they show only generic name of all drugs? If so, I am sad... fell unlucky...

HELP!!! Which is the first? stop oxytocin? change position?
Hello everyone, I am really tired with this problem.... I am confused and I do not know which one I should believe.... Please help!!!! The situation of the question is..... In labor / client is receiving oxtocin / FHR late deceleration I learned from N○S○N that the priority nursing action is Changing her position. Next is Infusion IV → give oxygen → stop oxytocin → call doctor However, I took a question ( from K○P○A○). This says that the first action is Stop oxytocin. Honestly... I do not care if which one is important. I really want to know which one is correct answer for NCLEX..... And I hope I am not going to get this question at the real exam...
