  1. thank you for your input...i really appreciate it
  2. nevermind....i found out...thank you.
  3. So my assignment is to figure out why someone with a Peg-tube recieve Protonix? I know that it is a PPI, and it suppresses gastric acid such as GERD, but what if my pt doesn't have GERD? any help will do.
  4. Unfortunately there are...and by "mean" they're spreading rumors, and out to do some sabatoging...U just need to let your administration and let them know whats going on if they are doing something to you. Its the quickest solution to end something that may end up nasty. But don't spend too much time on their cliques. Just focus on your peers in your group and help one antoher out...
  5. I found out about my pregnancy a few days before I found out I got into the nursing program...I told my instructor and they accomodated for my situation. It would be beneficial to tell your clinical instructor that you are pregnant, that way you don't get assigned to a patient that puts you at risk. It'll be easier on you over all, then you don't get the same work load as a non-pregnant student.
  6. I' m also a current Nursing student, and I have very smart people with me in my semester from with Bachelor degrees in Chemestry and they are having a hard time with the program. The program itself is time-consuming, but like rockabillyMommy said...it'll be worth it in the end.
