  1. I finished my first week of second semester last week. Was exciting and overwhelming at the first time. I get to do MedSurg the first 8 weeks, and then will switch to Mother Baby/Peds. It's awesome to think of all the new responsibilities that will be tacked on and I was happy to see that my brain was processing more this time around. We started our first day off with a dosage calculation test that we needed to get 90% or higher on, met with our new clinical groups and then broke for the day. Day 2 was our first lecture in our seperate rotations, and then we went and met with the lab skills staff to have an IVPB and IV push demonstration.
  2. I was on the list 2 1/2 years before I started in August of 2011. The normal wait I think is 2- 3 years. Since this is an old post, hopefully you've already started! :)
