  1. I just passed the HESI Exit exam with a 97%!! Thank you allnurses.com for all the study tips that I read on here! I think the HESI case studies in Evolve were very helpful for any future test takers. NEC was not helpful. ATI was slightly helpful.

  3. Was hoping to get some help on this question *A client with cirrhosis is at risk for developing complications. Which condition is the most serious and potentially life-threatening? a.Esophageal varices (this is life-threatening due to risk for aspiration from bleeding) b.Ascites (no) c.Peripheral edema (no) d.Asterixis (this is also life-threatening because it is a late stage of encephalopathy)
