  1. One of the great aspects of nursing is that you have so many options as to where and what kind of nursing you would like to do. :) It's a great feeling knowing that not all nursing is the same. I do believe it's a very diverse career, and suits various types of people. Good luck to everyone in your nursing career!

  3. Hey Coldnclammy, I think that's such a great idea about getting NH experience before critical care. I've been in Med-Surg/telemetry for about 2 years and it really does help to have that NH aspect with you while caring for the hospital patients. I personally did not have NH experience before working at a hospital, but I see your point.
