Hi guys, thank you for all of the advice. I am busy completing my BSN in Michigan and my husband will probably move to UVA in 2014 for fellowship (and hopefully we will stay there forever). I will be graduating in 2014 if everything stays on track with my graduation process. Given that he will be at UVA- I guess I will apply to work there as well. Does anyone know anything about the UVA SICU experience? Or nursing there in general?

I can't disclose the reasons for some of the questions that were raised, nor can I address the structure. I will at a later point. I am not going to address anyone individually either. I will however say that the angle from which this will come will surprise everyone. There is a reason it has been structured in such a way. And a reason certain questions were excluded. Thank you for all of the participants- and those who will still participate. The data is already showing very interesting results.
