  1. Good evening fellow nurses! My name is Crystal and I have not been on this website for a very long time. It has, however been very resourceful in the past. Especially when I had questions before my test. I graduated Nursing school in December of 2013 and failed NCLEX twice. As of August 2018, I passed my NCLEX in FL and am looking to start my career. I was recently accepted into a Florida University for the RN to BSN program for January of 2019. I'm very nervous and would like some help with and advice on my resume and cover letter. I know it's a long-shot but I would like to work at a hospital. I don't know where to begin, or what to include. There are some helpful websites and videos online but the all seem to suggest something different and frankly, its made me anxious. You all are superstars, from what i've read and have been beyond helpful to so many in need. Any feedback on this would be so helpful.
  2. Hey there! I am 20 years old and I just started as a Full-Time Generic Nursing student. You are fine so do not panic! With students who have a B-Average with their Science GPA, they are looking for you to score at least an 84 on the TEAS. IF for whatever reason you do not get an 84 but still get a passing score (over 64 or 66, I believe), submit it anyway and sit down and speak to an advisor. They are going to suggest you take it again and study harder. It is up to you to decide, however I do suggest you try taking it again. The practice textbook is very worth the buy and it's dummy-proof! You want to show the advisors that you are fighting to get in no matter what you have to do and they will guide you. Be persistent!! You seem to be a great student, don't give up.
