  10. Adolescent growth inc offers 12/hr as an lvn but im an rn so they told me they will adjust the payscale but i believe it will still be low. I searched about the company and i saw a lot of bad reviews coming from staffs that they are overworked and under paid. Not only that but there is no quality of care in that facility. I dont know whether to pursue the job out of desperation or just let it pass... I dont know what to do

  13. I have been researching the company and saw a lot of negative comments ... They offer 12/hr for lvn... And since im an RN they told me they will adjust the payscale but i guess it will still be low. Should i be concern of the negative comments? Like staffs are over worked and under paid? Patients are not well taken care of.. Medication cabinets doesnt have locks... And a lot more. I need a job i don't have experience should i take the job amidst all of the negative reviews?
  14. I feel terrified as well! I will be starting my orientation tomorrow with paper works and i will be working in a snf... Share to us how it goes when you're flying solo for the first time :) good luck and God bless
  15. I have no experience at all... I'll be having my orientation with paper works tomorrow... They didn't tell me how long the orientation is... They just told me that i have to learn fast ... According to some people orientation will at least be 3 days
  16. I have not been working as an RN for 4 years due to having a hard time looking for a job. i worked in a home health office that's about it. I'am afraid that i might not able to catch up with how they do work... Any advice for me to review or ask during the orientation? I am really scared to take the job but i just went for it for me to have experience.... Thanks
  17. Well probably the cuff is small and it was hard putting it in her arms .... And she wasn't able to drink her bp meds
  18. My patient is obese and in her 80's.The patient was lying in bed when i took the patient's bp she wasn't feeling dizzy or any sign and symptoms of someone who's having a high bp... I inflated the cuff to 180 and heard the thumping sound right away... I think im doing something wrong since it's not her usual bp... This happened to me before and when someone took the bp it was in the normal range... Should i take the loudest thump and make it her systolic bp? HELP!!!
  19. This truly helped me! Thanks :)
