  1. I would have probably have done the same thing as you did. Im with pp on why in the heck would the nurse leave the fallen resident alone?
  2. I just wanted to say that I feel for you and hope that it gets better. They got rid of the shower aid at my current job and I refuse to work day shift. Eve shift is a little easier for me to handle.
  3. I agree. I was also thinking that it might be wise to wait until the parent shows up for the shower. That way they can be with you when you shower them, or maybe the parent can help the child to shower.
  4. I just got down working in an assisted living place and could not believe what they get away with. I don't see how these places only have to hire care givers and not CNA's.
