they dont send you a letter unless you get in if you're on the alt list

this is my second time applying too and i was also on the wait list for the second time...i've wasted a whole year on this school

same here! cfiest01 this is seriously ridiculous!! if you don't want me just deny me!

ok so I got my alt lost letter.....keeping my fingers crossed!!

What are y'all doing if y'all don't get in? reapply? or try to go somewhere else and if so where? I'm going to holy cross in the spring to take some classes then will apply to the nursing school for the fall( 2013)....the only thing is it's a little expensive...do y'all know of any other bachelor program options in LA?

oh ok.. yeah I still haven't gotten a letter and called them today they said I "just have to to wait for a letter" and couldn't give me any information which I personally think is stupid but she said all the letters were mailed out Tuesday soooo I guess it's waitlist letter and denial letters left

I live in Mandeville and did not receive a letter! I'm freaking out..because I applied last semester and was waitlisted and this is the exact same thing that happened.

My mom works at the university hospital and she talked to someone and they said the letters go toward baton rouge first for some reason and Lafayette is toward that way too so I hope I get my letter today.. I live in Mandeville close to nola

so they'll be sent out tomorrow! I wonder how long it's going to take for them to get to our houses.....ahhh

I really think they we will get them early deecember!!

Ok when I left my interview (on Sept. 15) I asked when the letters would be sent out....they specifically told me beginning of December.....so is it beginning of Dec. or Nov.?

I know it may seem like the end of the world if you don't get in this semester but keep trying there's always next semester! that's what happened to me last semester ( I didn't get in fall 2012) and I'm waiting to hear back for the spring 2013 semester.....so keep trying!!! don't give up ps- I hear most girls who don't get in the first time get in the second time...it has happened to alot of girls

I had my interview today. This is my second time applying but I was still a nervous wreck. Some questions they asked me: 1. What do you think an average day of a nurse is? 2. When have you been put in a situation where some ones morals conflicted with yours? what was the outcome?---This question was asked during my first interview also so I think it's pretty important. 3. Name a situation you have been in involving ethnic diversity. 4. What is most important to you? and then another question they asked was like "Have you ever had any academic struggles?" which kind of caught me off guard But that's what they asked me but your questions could be different so just be prepared to answer anything but this is the jist of what they will be asking..hope this helps! Hey guys, I am a fall 2012 applicant and was put on the alternate list. Has anyone on the alternate list not heard anything back from LSU yet? I know there is a slim chance of me getting in this semester so I rolled over my application for the Spring 2013 semester. Is anyone else going through the same situation?

Yeah I doubt they would tell you your ranking on the alternate list. When do you think we (alternate list applicants) will know if we are rejected/accepted?

I'm here with you. Got mine today. Do you know of anyone else who got an alternate letter?

Still haven't gotten my letter :/ I feel like that's not normal. The wait is killing me!
