I am moving to Redlands, CA. I am interested in working at Loma Linda Medical Center or St. Bernandine's and other hospital in that vicinity. I am curious if there are new grads who have applied to those hospitals and what their experience have been....

I have not done this myself, but my friend transitioned from ICU to PACU. She loves it, she told me that several other ICU nurse have done that.

I do not have the privileges to PM yet :-(. I have applied to St. Bernandine's Clinical I positions, and I get "not selected" within hours. I think I will start focusing on LLMC and Redlands hospital.
