I agree with carolain's comment that drinking the water with pieces of paper is not an Islamic value. I do believe in drinking zam zam water and its benefits. Thanks for responding Virgo Student Nurse I want to apply for Ulster Boces this Jan. I live in Queens i don't mind driving all the way upstate i hope i pass the entrance exam. I am actually looking for any LPN program that starts this Jan. If my plan for that doesn't go well. Then, i'll just cont college and apply for candidacy Sept. But the thing that bothers me is having to wait till Sept thats a lot of time to wait in btw. Maybe i'll take youtube med terminolgy classes to keep myself busy. I've been looking into other LPN programs which starts this Jan. So far i've been interested in NJ nursing schools. Some of them start this Jan. Eastwick College they're starting Jan and March. However, their Jan session is filled up. Right now i'm just gonna keep trying and pushing and wait for what to come.

I have a few questions Does Ulster Boces accept transfer credits. I took mat 106 Medical Dosage, Anatomy and Physiology, Eng 101 and General PSY I am from Queens, NY i know driving is going to be a hassle with tolls, gas etc. Are their any dorms? How much does renting cost around the area for a single person one bedroom apartment? If you take public transportation how much does it cost?

Does it matter if you apply early or late for candidacy? I was told to apply during March

Thanks for the advices everyone they are encouraging. Interesting story with your roomate it encourages me not to give up and to remain optimistic. Im ready to put the gloves back on. I forgot to mention i had taken the ENG and PSY in another college and transferred them to LAGCC. Can i retake those twwo classes at LAGCC?. Also, when can i apply for candidacy for the LPN program at LAGCC. I am considering a private school Mildred Elley is too costy. So far ive been looking into st. Pauls and eastern suffolk boces. Lets wait a little and see what plays out at LAGCC

Hi mzthang2260, I am currently attend Lagcc. I hope to get into the LPN program. However my grades are not good. Anatomy and Physiology 1 C+ Mat 106 A Eng 101 B+ PSY101 B+ Is it possible for me to retake A and P? If anyone was in this similar situation or if you anyone have any advice please share. I really want to get into an LPN program. Im contemplating whether to transfer to another college.
