The problem here in our place is that we are far from the business district or the big city where you can find schools that offer variety of courses. Living in the country side also prompted me to go back to school since I can't look for an IT job around this area. I'm a military spouse by the way, that's why we moved to places. Hi! I'm new here. I'm taking pre-requisites for Nursing, mainly because I want to be a Nurse Informatics. I have more than 9 years work experience as a programmer and systems analyst. This week, an adviser discouraged me to take up Nursing because she felt that it's not that type of job that I should do. I told her that I can't lift heavy weights. Do you think, she's right? Are Nurse Informatics required to lift heavy weights? Thank you. I appreciate it.
