hello iamfromstacatalina, i talked to one of my schoolmate that already passed the lvn. and she told me that i need to talk to our dean for #5 (for the complete breakdown of clinicals). im just waiting for their response. if your dont have the licence you can put N/A.

i sent mine thru USPS -certified mail-. didnt get any update for 8 months until 1/25. i just need to fill up this declaration and hopefully everything goes well.

HI guys. today "January 25" i received the declaration of nursing AFTER 8months process. i read all the forum related to this and im kinda worried coz its hard to answer. is there anyone that can share their experiences on how to fill up this form?? thank you guys

10 months and counting still no words from BVNPT.. this is so frustrating!!! im not losing faith. but need to execute plan C: ill send my CNA application on the 23rd.. have a good day guys

hi thank you for posting this question. wow, i thought that after passing my initial application i would never encounter a problem again. tsk what in the world is declaration of nsg?? do i have to answer this or do i have to send this to the Philippines and let my school deal with it???

hello evryone, its been 3 months since i filed my lvn application. i've never receive any update or any reply that they already have it. is this normal?? i filed my application in california. i don't know what's going on but the processing time is too slow. i hope they received my papers. i didn't use personal check just money order which i believe is okay. i tried to email them but still no reply. i hope everything is okay. hayyyyss

what is declaration of nsg.?? is that different with the application using method 3 and check???

nope. i've never had a bedside exp. except for working 6 mos. as a volunteer nurse in PI. idk if they will consider those as a bedside exp. thanks for reply bless y'all

hello dragon lady, btw im ron, nurse from the phi too. just got a letter being denied by BRN. so i decided to take the lvn route, if you don't mind can i ask u a question?? since i dont have a employment history/ verification, do i have to pass the form or just leave it blank. and what is nursing experience form? thank u kabayan hope u see this msg. god bless
