  1. I can understand that, I ask a lot of questions as well. I am going for my CNA certification, once I receive that I will be going to school for LPN. I am amazed at the way the residents get treated by some of the CNA's that currently work there. I do care about people and I enjoy helping them, but I do feel sorry for the way they are treated. The nurses are very rude to you when you ask them for help. I know we need the experience, but is putting up with the crap necessary.
  2. I am not sure what the pay will be for CNA. All I know is that the CNA's around here in Indiana make about 8.50 an hour and that is working at a Retirement home working with Long-term care residents. That is not a lot of money for all the work you do. It is one CNA working with 50 residents. All I know is you work your butt off for very little pay. Hope this helps. Padme
