  1. Oh that is a very nice loophole I didn't know about! Good job! I apologize.
  2. Legally blind? Who's legally blind?
  3. Fine, then by that definition I am wrong. Thanks for the correction.
  4. Well I'll just day it's highly irresponsible to spend 100 bucks on one round trip taxi cab ride. If I was on a budget, I'd use a bus and save my money! Who's fault is it that you chose a 100 dollar taxi when a 5 dollar bus ride would have done fine?
  5. Ok, well that started me looking. At the moment I can find others that know it's possible for a brain dead person to have seizures not originating from the brain but there just .coms as credible a source as me. I'll keep looking and, yea, I'll keep educating.
  6. I knew you were going to go there. Yes in FACT the body can seize up and not have it come from the brain at all. Keep educating yourself.
  7. SSI is disability too. It's for the poor and those that didn't put enough work time into Social Security to collect SSDI. They are both disability. Anyway, you're really pushing the tax payer to demand SSDI, Medicare, AND a job with Benefits. You're on the border there and I think you're crossing a line, personally. I think greed is the order of the day in consideration of claiming double benefits and paychecks. I can't believe the taxpayer tolerates you doing that. They shouldn't have too!
  8. I know you can't be getting Medicaid and SSDI and working as a nurse at the same time. Your SSDI and Medicaid should have been history when you went to work as a nurse and don't be surprised that's the decision when the system catches up with your activities. As far as I'm concerned, you're disqualified from benefits since you're already on Social Security's benefit system, dude. Get real! You either get benifits under SSDI and do NOT work or work and sacrifice your SSDI!
  9. I have not the vaguest about normal but it's possible.
  10. NO & NO! Nursing School full time and working full time is NOT happening! Don't be surprised if you flunk out of nursing school doing that!
  11. Fine I'll take in the attitude. However, I've collected unemployment from the West Coast to the East Coast and have a good idea what I'm talking about so...
  12. Ok, I admit that wasn't compassionate BUT I've had many run ins with unemployment. I have a very good idea what they go for and they don't. I'd say I'm being realistic. That's all.
  13. well ok. If they refused to put you in a position that would allow you to bus, then you have a case to justify unemployment. I don't think the rest of your reasoning will do you any good.
  14. they accommodated your condition & you refused. any unemployment should be ruined & you deserve it!
