I called today and they said they only excepted 2 students .... that those students should have received an email in December during the holidays.they mentioned the computers not working so she hasn't been able to email the students for the denial letters.

Hello, thank you for responding, it's has been difficult to get information from them. Last thing I heard was that they were off on vacations and that we would find out hopefully by January. They mentioned that they were going to see first how many seats they had left. I'm not sure if it's true but I heard also that they only except a few students around 5 only!!!! 😞

Has anyone applied to the LVN to Rn program for Pierce College ? For the Spring 2017???? I haven't received nothin mg yet from the school regarding results, has anyone received anything?

Congratulations to all that got accepted. And fit those that have not yet, stay strong is only a matter of time. I am still waiting on Pierce to send the acceptance or denials for LVNs. I hear that only a very small number get in. í ½í¸ Praying I get accepted í ½í¹ƒ

I know it's been awhile but I need help in passing the proficiency exam! Can anyone give me pointers on what is it that they are going to test?

I know it has been so many years since you posted this comment, yet I was wondering if you knew by any chance what where the requirements in testing for the skills test and the second test to get into the LVN to RN program at cypress college ?

I got a respond back today. Did you get it? They said to review fundamentals for first test... No study guide and for second test... If you pass the first test will be on maternal and mental health

Hello I know it's been quite long since you were in the LVN to RN at Pierce, yet I was wondering through out your Journey how many classes per semester did you take while you were there. I applied this year for their LVN to RN. I was also wondering how many students did they take ?

It's my first time too. I met with her about a week ago and she told me the same... That she will have the topics to study until September 11... I was also trying to find resources yet I haven't found anyone.

No your not. You would need a BSN first. i think it goes AA, BSN, MSN, DR.

God I wish I lived over there right now. I live in california. My second option I guess would be just go for the Bachelors in Life Science and then transfer for the Masters in Nursing. Something has to work! Thanks for the advice.

Hello, I know its to personal to ask... but does your program require to pass the teas in every section with 62% after you have taken it once and failed? You see i took it today and didn't pass. I studied like if there was no tomorrow. I went in there confident thinking i had covered and understood everything they had on the practice book but i guess it wasn't good enough. In my experience there was many questions in the science section that wasn't covered on their practice book. Did you pass it the second time around?? Has anyone passed it the second time around? Do you have any books that you recomend? Or how did you study to pass it? :crying2::crying2:
