  1. My sentiments exactly. I feel like a turtle. My preceptor is very nice and tries to encourage me, but at times I still feel incompetent and slow (literally and figuratively). She praises my critical thinking and my attention to details. She told me the rest will come in time. However, that doesn't give me more sleep at night. This is my 4th week of orientation and I still feel like an idiot at times. I really hope it gets better. I feel like I don't know crap.
