Have a phone interview with Stanford on Monday- 1- What should I expect during the phone interview? I have never done one before. 2- How should I go about finding housing, because my family and I are thinking of relocating and want the best school districts/ family oriented place. Needs to be within 30 mins of the hospital, so maybe its just better to stay in the palo alto area??? any suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated I would love to connect with some other people if I do get the job- I think it would help to make a few friends before I get there!

This is my question. I just transferred to a hospital where the call pay in the area I work, and throughout the whole hospital, is 1.50. Sorry, but in my opinion that is a joke. Also, I left a facility in another state that the call pay was 4.00 Well I am going to the next public hearing meeting to see if they will do a market analysis with surrouding area hospitals and at least pay us what is in the same ball park? Everyone else said they have addressed the issue but they are laughed at. DOes anyone have any experience with this. Or can they just pay us whatever they want, even if it is 4.00 less then surrounding areas? Thanks....
